Yes, we offer a 1 month guarantee for the websites we create. This guarantee covers fixes for bugs or errors that may occur after the website is launched.

We provide up to 3 free revisions after the website is completed. These revisions may include:

1. Changes in Content (Writing, Content, Images)
2. Minor design changes (type of text, size of text, website color, website spacing)
3. Minor Layout Changes (Increase/Decrease the Number of Grids)

Additional revisions after 3 revisions will be subject to additional fees.

1. Final Review and Client Approval

• After the website has been created, our team will carry out a final review to ensure all features and design are as agreed.
• We will send a demo link or access to the live version of the website to the client to check and give final approval.

2. Final Revision Request

• If there are minor revisions required, the client can submit a final revision request before the website is launched (if the revision has been more than 3 times, then there is an additional revision fee). Our team will make revisions according to client requests.

3. Training and Usage Guide

• Written guidance and documentation will also be provided for further reference.

4. Transfer Website to Client Server

• If the client already has hosting and domain, we will transfer the website to the client’s server. We will ensure all files and databases are transferred correctly and the website functions optimally on the client’s server.
• If the client uses hosting services from Blimp, we will arrange all the necessary configurations and ensure the website runs smoothly.

5. Handing over Website Access to Clients

• Clients will get full access to the website and receive guidance on using the website.
